  • 馅料:泰国上等糯米,本地猪肉,眉豆,栗子,香菇

食用法 :

  • 蒸锅 - 粽子解冻后, 置于蒸笼上,融水蒸20分钟即可(水沸腾才蒸粽)
  • 水煮 - 粽子解冻后, 放入沸腾水中,水沸腾18-20分钟即可,沥水,享用
  • 微炉 - 粽子解冻后, 置于容器中撒上少量水,中高火加热3-5分钟即可,放凉 享用


小tips:
蒸好后的粽子建议放凉10-15分钟再享用,这样粽子的口感会更加软糯Q弹。

保质期
我们家的粽子不含任何防腐剂。如果第二天吃不完,可以冷冻保存三个月

Preparing Method :

  • Steaming: Defrost the bakzhang,  steam for 20 minutes until fully heated. Make sure the water is boiling before steaming the bakzhang.

  • Boiling: Defrost the bakzhang, immerse them in boiling water and cook for 18-20 minutes. Drain the water before serving.

  • Microwave: Defrost the bakzhang, place them in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with a little water, and heat on high for 3-5 minutes. Let them cool before enjoying.


Little Tips :
After steaming, it is recommended to let the bakzhang cool for 10-15 minutes before enjoying. This will result in a softer, chewier texture.

Shelf life:
Our BakZhang contains no preservatives. If could not finish the next day , FROZEN  stored for up to 3 months.
