- Ingredients: Premium Thai Glutinous Rice, Scallop, Abalone, Local Pork Meat, Black-Eyed Peas, Dried Shrimp, Mushroom, Chestnut, Full Yolk
Preparing Method :
- Steaming: Defrost the bakzhang, steam for 20 minutes until fully heated. Make sure the water is boiling before steaming the bakzhang.
- Boiling: Defrost the bakzhang, immerse them in boiling water and cook for 18-20 minutes. Drain the water before serving.
- Microwave: Defrost the bakzhang, place them in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with a little water, and heat on high for 3-5 minutes. Let them cool before enjoying.
Shelf life:
Our BakZhang contains no preservatives. Frozen stored for up to 3 months.
