食用法 :

  • 蒸锅 - 粽子解冻后, 置于蒸笼上,融水蒸20分钟即可(水沸腾才蒸粽)
  • 水煮 - 粽子解冻后, 放入沸腾水中,水沸腾18-20分钟即可,沥水,享用
  • 微炉 - 粽子解冻后, 置于容器中撒上少量水,中高火加热3-5分钟即可,放凉 享用

 

保质期

我们家粽子不含任何防腐剂,常温真空包装可存4天, 食不完可冷冻保存3个月

Preparing Method :

  • Steaming: Defrost the bakzhang,  steam for 20 minutes until fully heated. Make sure the water is boiling before steaming the bakzhang.
     
  • Boiling: Defrost the bakzhang, immerse them in boiling water and cook for 18-20 minutes. Drain the water before serving.
     
  • Microwave: Defrost the bakzhang, place them in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with a little water, and heat on high for 3-5 minutes. Let them cool before enjoying.

 

Shelf life:

Our BakZhang contains no preservatives. Frozen  stored for up to 3 months.
